Since 1990, UCF Film has been dedicated to the development and inspiration of filmmakers and students of film. Our vision is to provide a climate for artistic and intellectual growth that is challenging, supportive and entrepreneurial. Our program is grounded in an understanding for and appreciation of the place of story in film. From this foundation we have been able to build a curriculum that addresses all film genres and types from the traditional to the experimental; the commercial to the highly personal.
Our faculty is experienced in production and Cinema Studies. Their understanding of Independent Film gives the program intellectual and professional rigor. If you wish to make film your life, to find your personal voice or add your unique vision to the medium, we urge you to give this program-graduate or undergraduate-your most serious consideration. We look forward to welcoming you to UCF Film.
